I was born in California and raised in Australia. I have previously shown my work (painting, sculpture and performance)
in Sydney, Canberra and Hobart Australia. I have seven years formal training.
Artists Statement:
My work focuses on those things in life that so brim with meaning they may be experienced as symbolic.
I seek to express this hourney by investigating the ascension of the mundane to the archetype and icon.
In this sense cliche fascinates me as deeply as the most epiphanous religious iconography.
Medium:
I work in oils, my paintings are photo-realist and at times allegorical.
